A few thoughts

From our customers

I had an emergency incident with my plumbing that led to some water damage in my ceiling. GMM did phenomenal work to quickly and effectively come to my home and fix the issue. The communication was extremely detailed and timely and I knew when and what to expect of the team. These are some of the most personable people I have worked with and some of the best work I have had done on my house! 10/10 would recommend this company to do all of your housework inside and out!

James at Gartmann Maintenance was excellent to work with. He was very thorough and he and his team completed my project in the timeframe provided and under the original quoted price! I was very happy with the results, including shelving, drywall and molding work. Would recommend!

Harold Honeyman-Bloede

Gartmann redid my deck which was 22 years old. Adding new stairs and walkway. Then painting and fixing areas where wood has deteriorated. They were efficient and great craftsmanship! I now have a beautiful deck again with great access!! Very happy with job completed!

Gartmann Maintenance & Management did a complete renovation of my bathroom. James is very easy to work with. He is honest, thorough and experienced. James and his team installed floor tile, vanity, bathtub and new tile around the tub. It turned out beautifully! After that, James and his team renovated my kitchen, including new cabinets, quartz countertop, new appliances and flooring. Working with James is collaborative. I have an idea and then James will improve on it with beautiful results. I will continue to call Gartmann Maintenance for both small and large projects.
